At Play Cafe, we embrace diversity & and strive to be a warm environment for all ages. Our event space is thoughtfully designed to cater to a wide variety of needs, ensuring that everyone not just feels welcomed, but celebrated.
Our Story
Owners Austin Motes and Daniel Kingsbury are both dads with little kids. They acutely understand the challenge of finding fun, safe, and affordable places for their kids to play indoors but not at the expense of the sanity of the parents. And with Greenville growing so fast and so many new families coming to put down roots here – many of whom work from home – they also saw the need for a massive indoor space that allows parents to work but where their kids can get out energy and play. This is when Play Cafe was born, a indoor play space with structures, rentable rooms for special events and a cafe to sit and relax.

Our Event Space
We pride ourselves in having a versatile and dynamic event space that can host a wide variety of events.
​
Our space includes 5 connecting rooms that are 15 ft by 20 ft deep that can be used for birthday parties, corporate events, workshops, and meetings. Our space is designed to accommodate various group sizes. Each room can be rented out individually or you can rent multiple spaces. The rooms are separated by a sliding barn door.

Host a conference or a seminar: each room is equipped with a projector that is integrated with a Bluetooth speaker & an HDMI plug in

Arrange a fun team-building activity in the space & and rent out our fog bubble machine as an add-on

Bring your own appetizers or desserts, and decorate the space with your own decor

Set up a photo backdrop and rent out our bubble fog machine & and photo printer available to rent

3. Craft Market

Host a holiday craft market with local vendors

Host a thrift market pop-up for gently used kids' clothes or adult clothing

4. Photography Studio rental

Rent the space for a mini-session day, and bring your own lighting, props & backdrops

Use the space for a few hours for a family photo session or branding session

5. Holiday Party
